Ingredients Needed:
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups of ketchup
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1 teaspoon granulated onion
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
- 1-1/2 teaspoons liquid smoke (optional)
Directions:
- Combine everything in a saucepan and slowly bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and slowly simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring often.
- Brush or mop the sauce on your favorite meat during the last 10-15 minutes of grilling and/or serve it on the side as a dippin’ sauce.
