Grilled Chicken

Here’s a simply delicious recipe that’s guaranteed to make you “King of the Grill” every time and this one is even recommended by millions of the Yard Birds themselves… and Millions of them can’t be wrong…


Ingredients Needed:

Directions:

  1. Split the chicken (long ways) with a poultry scissors or large sharp knife and thoroughly rinse both halves in cold water.
  2. Place both halves in a pan and brush completely with orange juice.
  3. Generously coat and rub both halves of the chicken with GRILLTAMER™, Master Blend™ seasoning and let stand for 30 minutes.
  4. Pre-heat the grill on high heat with the lid closed for 12 to 15 minutes.
  5. Reduce gas settings to low, put the chicken on the grill skin side up. (use upper rack if possible)
  6. Install the GRILLTAMER™ in the grill lid and maintain a temperature of 325° F to 350° F.
  7.  Flip the chicken every 20 minutes and brush with more orange juice each time until the chicken is done to a golden brown. (approx. 1-1/2 hours)
  8. Place chicken on cutting board, garnish and serve.
